The HP has better specs (faster processer, bluetooth capability, bigger screen, better graphics card.). But it also has Service Pack 1 which could really cause compatibility problems if you want to use older hardware with it like a webcam. That's what happened to me when I bought my new HP with SP1. I had to find a workaround to get my old webcam working with it. If that's not a concern for you, then I'd go with the HP. (Have no idea whether it makes a difference where it's manufactured.)

Snake Breeders, Do You Feed Live or Frozen/Thawed?

I always feed f/t. It is unlikely that constricting the live animal gives the snake all that much exercise. My adults all grab and constrict f/t mice as if they are alive and have often constricted for several minutes, regardless of the fact that the animal is long dead. Since my cornsnakes are close to 5 ft., and my one male is over 700 grams, I don't think your idea of growing bigger snakes is necessarily supported. I feed every 2 weeks, so my snakes are lean. Overfeeding causes fat snakes. I take my breeding females out several times a week for "excercise" during their pregnancy and they all lay eggs perfectly well. Most of us either feed in the cage, tub or in a feeding box. Even if you fed live, the animal doesn't have to go far to get the mouse....therefore, the benefits of exercise are nearly nil. I can illicit the same amount of exercise by offering with tongs and making the snake "hunt" the mouse. As far as loss of nutrition. I get my mice live from a local supplier. They are ged and frozen soon after. They are usually consumed within a couple of weeks due to the large amount of snakes I have. I don't think they lose an appreciable amount of nutrition during that time, and my snakes are certainly healthy and strong. The dangers of feeding live...even supervised is a fact. I've seen the aftermath of poor strikes on a large mouse or rat that's resulted in eye loss and damage to the nose. Even worse is unattended feeding where the mouse or rat has eaten the snake instead. The only time I experienced egg binding was when I didn't take my gravid female out for exercise. Otherwise, they lay everything fine and without a hitch. I know large scale breeders feed what's convenient. Live, stunned, pre-killed or f/t. I'm not large scale, but f/t in my book is the way to go. My babies are all started on f/t and I won't knowingly sell to someone who will feed live. I won't risk my animals over the perhaps infintessimal benefit of live. I just don't see any benefit at all myself.

I spent from 1.30pm yesterday and all of today (MY BIRTHDAY) til 2.30pm in Emergency because I crashed and burned (ie nearly head-ed the wall) on Sunday night. Docs said my pressure is building and it was 145/100 just few minutes ago. They thought it might have been initially due to a prior operation I had at 4m old, but it was not. Docs let me out, fiance most unhappy. I thought some other meds might have interacted with it and that's why I feel shirty. (I want to see my son grow up.) I have a 7 year old OTTB, he gets worked steadily and a few months ago i finally got weight on him, but now he is losing it again. He has had his teeth done, and is wormed regularly. He was coming in every night, but he circles, so he goes out almost every night now, lots of gr, hay 2x a day, and he was fed one scoop 2x a day plus weight builder. and he started losing weight! So now he is up to two scoops 2x a day, but why could he possibly be losing weight? It's good hay and the feed has a good fat percentage.

My 12 weeks baby seems to be hungry every hour or hour and a half.?

My son is 12 weeks old and make 3 months on the second. I feed. He was a preemie but he weighs 12 pounds now which is normal. He caught up fast. I am a young mother and a first time mother. My mom always tell me he is hungry everytime he cries. It's been almost 3 weeks I've been feeding him like every hour and I'm sure it's not a grow spourt. He sleeps a lot also. How do I stop my dog from barking when I come home?

My dog, a little tiny Pomeranian, barks incessantly when I come home until I go and see her and greet her. It is so annoying because when she barks, she hits octaves that would make any soprano opera singer jealous. my little boy has never slept through and he is now 8 months he is on a good routine and a rigid bedtime routine and always self settles and goes off to sleep on his own with no help from me but he is till waking every 3-4 hrs at night for a feed he is bottle fed and takes 4-7oz every time he wakes he is on solids now and has breakfast lunch and dinner and approx 10oz of milk in the day time and only has three 30-45 mins naps a day but he still is not sleeping through at night he goes down at 7.30 and has a bottle then and then he wakes at 10pm 1am 4am 6am and then get up at 8am iv tried everything and nothing is working my health visitor has advised controlled crying but im very hesitant any advice would be fab as im slowly going insane with sleep deprivation

MIL has upset me a bit :-(?

hey, well I'm 38+5 days pregnant and I know I am very hormonal as well. my fiance is being so good with me, I get teary over nothing sometimes, but his mum is really upsetting me a little. since we became pregnant she has been very excited. at first it was really cute! she was all excited but then I felt like she started to cross the line as well. I feel like she forgets that we are having the baby, not her and her son. she loves to take him shopping and when I show interest and looka t what they are looking at she just loses interest. we were choosing cot sets and when my DF fell in love wth one she got really angry until I gave in and said yeah we'll get it then. (I would have gotten it anyway, but no need to be mean) she's often telling me how I should act as a mum and how I'm going to find it hard. she thinks I'm too forgetful to be a mum (I forget my keys occasionally, probably more than most ppl, and she KEEPS saying I'm going to leave the baby in a shop and forget it) it was funny, but not so much anymore. we decided to try to not use dummys, but it was just an idea, she told my DF that I'm stupid for thinking I can go without them and she's going to keep a pack in her handbag for when I fail. who actually says that!!! recently though it might be my hormones, thats what I want to know. she bought a cot for the baby for her house, but instead of setting it up in the spare room (where we would sleep and where my mum has set hers up as she lives interstate) she's set up the cot and baby things in her bedroom next to her bed! I've told her I don;t want to be away from the baby when he is really small but she keeps saying its what her parents did to her and they will take baby for weekends away. she actually has a binet already set up in her room. I was a little shocked, but I appreciate that she's spent so much money, its just my mum more spent money on our nursery and got all second hand stuff for her house for when we go and stay. another issue recently, we got a puppy (my DF s a cop and rescued her from a man living in a car) and we fell in love with her. but the reality is we can;t really afford the vet bills (well, we can, but I would rather spend the money on baby) so we found a family for her, but then DF mum said she wanted the dog really badly, so we gave her to them. now she sits with the puppy and tells her she's living with them now because I couldn;t do a very good job. I'd agree. For 120 pounds, an Electric-acoustic would be a cheap one, unless you buy used. I personally don't like most A/E guitars. Even EQ'd, the piezo pick-ups usually have fizzy artifacts on the sound. The guitar tops are also made more thick, which muddies the acoustic tone. I'd suggest it's better to get a -'solid' top- acoustic guitar; then fit a (magnetic) soundhole pick-up in it later. The brands that have won 'best guitar under $250' in recent years are Alvarez and Washburn. Most under $200 don't sound/play that great. A 'Dreadnaught' (standard) shape acoustic is most flexible. I prefer the playability of the 'OM' or 'OO' smaller shape myself. For 'accesories', a hardshell guitar case is wise. You'll probably need a guitar tuner, strap, and picks, if you use them. Other first options are string clippers/wire cutter, string winder, extra strings, guitar stand and maybe a capo. I think most inexpensive used amps are fine.

Ok....I went through this with a Dell Inspiron 7000. Yes really....it is somethng like $4.00 per minute. I am just going to throw this out there as I don't know what your initial protection programme i.e. insurance and hardware contract is with them..... I gave upon dealing with the company as I felt that no matter what i did, they would seem to find a way to charge me or try to...I never took the bait....the overheating thing..ok sounds like a fan problem...do you have a docking station for this machine? Acer is a brand of Sony just in case you didn't know....but again I must definitely stress that when i purchase a computer I always figure in the warranty and get it for as long as is allowed...normally they will give you 3 to 6 months and then according to your contract will they even listen...it is as though you have driven it off of the showroom floor and it then in a blink of an eye becomes used.....or is looked at as that. The loosing keys is not just Acer....and I KNOW how frustrating this is. Overheating within a week....how is the relay plug w/ transformer from the beginning? And the batteries? Do they remain charged very long? $800 + is an awful lot of money to receive the kind of treatment that you have....i am sure that when your machine is working it is absolutely wonderful. I have to ask....when did you first realize that it was overheating....in the first week...? What did you do then? Options would have been to turn it off and allow it to cool down or cool it yourself. Sounds as though you have many problems...I am NOT implying that you don't know what you are doing....here is what I did. I refused to pay $4.00 per minute and be on hold most of the time, pay to have them take care of what shouldn't hve been a problem in the first place.....do you get any error messages with it when it does one of its 'tricks'..? Please look over your initial paperwork as they are NOT the only company to pull this kind of thing...what ended up happening to/for me...was finding a good moderately priced computer place with access to what your needs are (this is saying you are beyond the warranty now...) & find one near you. I have done this and had my computers fixed within a day. ONE DAY ~ I loved the Acer 19 inch laptop with every kind of bell and whistle one could want and then some. Keys can be replaced. The overheating thing happened to me and I would simply unplug the cord to the wall and continue using it while letting it cool down. Do you have a Laptop Platform for it by any chance? Did you let them know that it was overheating within one week of purchase? You should be able to call the place you purchased it from and strike a deal. You could do the 'maybe less expensive thing' believe it or not...and have the entire keyboard replaced for not much more than one key.....yes really. Lastly I am curious...how often a day is your computer on..I ask as mine was nearly 24/7 for years...and what finally took it down was in being sent via UPS...someone broke the screen....that alone was over $300.00 to fix...I wouldn't use the company UNLESS you have that kind of money. Sounds as though you pruchased it online. But I am doing a lot of guessing here. In a nutshell what I would do in your spot is find a place near you who will take a little extra care to expedite your comp back to you once fixed. Even with the overheating, which strangely stopped....it was my favouite compuer I have ever had. One thing for sure is that I have NOT been without a compuer as I always have a back up to simply have online aces at all times...I know that offers you NO comfort....and ultimtely what I did was find a local computer geek so that rather than pay $80.00 to $120.00 per hour I used my back up or a back up from him and pay a LOT less, while bringing him buisness...he was appx $20.00 per hour and he came to ME. Dells have been known to have keys ...important keys fall off & to overheat....sounds as though you need an expert to give this machine some very good diagnostics so you get everything fixed at one time.....oh btw in the event that they have before fixed it and it still did not work right, they shouldbe held accountable for their work or lack of it. I NEVER talk ot the first person who answers the telephone when it comes to somehting this important...I always ask for 'Teir 3' support...they may try to dissuade you, but be firm. This all may be a much easier fix than one thinks. I always say 'Check the circuit breakers before you rewire the house.....' ~ I am not the expert that myriadsof others are...but I have had every problem you have stated including the woman who flipped out. If they do not help you correctly ..someone else will. Why is it $80.00 to ship it? Insurance is only a couple of bucks....shipping should be far less expensive....however I don't know the ins and outs of your primary agreement with them....and fine print is just that.Was the eject on always mising? Why am I always have dreams of ghosts and speaking with them?

I don't watch ghost shows, I rarely read about it, but I don't know why I keep having ghosts of talking to the dead. Specifically I keep having one about my deceased grandmother. Could TNA have some of there star dish some dirt on the WWE and Vince to make for compelling shoot TV?

I mean there is a lot of xWWE employees,but they seldom talk about their experience in the WWE before they left.I mean on the first hour of TNA if they gave ihe mic to the guys and say rip Vince up I am sure they could do it.If it is bad enough then the people may not turn back to Raw just because they didn't like what they were hearing.

Well I look at this way, at least they are contained to their little areas, so aren't coming to the other sections and bothering everyone there, there are a lot of categories that have been hijacked by users that have no intention of following the rules, they either use it as a debating/flaming category or a chat room, none of these are what answers is for, its just not worth going to certain categories at all, as for what can be done about people that have multiple accounts and a new one to replace their recent suspension, that is really up to yahoo staff, you can use the report on where warranted and email the staff too.

Also, in everyday speech, "denomination" is usually used to mean a Protestant group. Anyone with vast info on skin cancer please give advice about a mole...?

Unfortunately I am one of the many American's without health insurance at this time, and thanks to our economy, I am pretty broke too. Thus I really don't want to go to a doctor unless I really have to. I have a lot of moles on my body. Recently one on my back has been itching very bad, all the TIME! My husband has been watching it for me, he says for all he can remember, it has not changed in shape, size or symmetry. It still looks like it always has. We have compared it to pictures on the web and it looks fine. So the only issue is the constant itching. Should I worry? Should I go ahead and go to the dr? All my other moles are fine.

What 'type' of lawyer would I need to contact if I'm having trouble with a retail employer?

I know there are lawyers for different types of cases and work environments. I'm being accused by my current job of something I didn't do (they're saying I used a coworker's sales number 'in between mine' on one single night a couple of weeks ago). I've been with the company for nearly 2 years. I have quite a few doented emails regarding our constant connection problems with the registers, which go up an down frequently on a daily basis. When that happens, we've had all sorts of crazy and off the wall stuff happen that I didn't think a register could do - but all of us at the store have experienced it. I'm being blamed for something that I feel is a computer error. The Loss Prevention Director of the company has made a few 'threats' but so far all that he has is a video of me in front of the register at the alleged time and a "list of transactions" from the time. My sales number, however, appears on a ton of sales that night. The coworker's number in question only showed up what looks to be around 2-3 hours, and they weren't even there during that time. My number continued on ringing sales. I'm looking for another job, because the whole is a disaster and one of the managers has been making up complete lies about me trying to "get me into trouble" with the loss prevent by saying off the wall stuff like his most recent lie: he told the store manager that I said to him that the "company would pay for me lawyer fees." I don't have a lawyer as of yet; I informed the loss prevention director of that when I was questioned about it, and he said that these two workers have "given statements" about me. However, the two workers are actually one - the t. manager told the store manager a lie of gossip and she believed him, so the loss prevention guy somehow considers her a "second statement." Again, with no proof of either. This t. manager has said derogatory things about me to many employees past and present, and one time was very racist against me. He told another employee (who no longer works there, of course) and that employee told me. I informed my store manager of it and nobody did anything about his comments. He doesn't like me because he apparently is scared that I might take his job. What kind of lawyer can I get for this, if any? What's my best option? I basically want to leave this company as soon as I find another job. I do not want any 'trail' following me to cause any trouble once I am working another job. This company is in violation of OSHA standards for bathroom breaks for employees working up to 8+ hours alone with no help or coverage, yet they cannot close the store at all due to policy. The computer equipment at our stores is SO bad that employees are frustrated to come to work daily because we have to do a lot of "manual transactions" because credit cards won't swipe due to the system connection issues. When the connection goes down and comes back up, drawers mysteriously come up over/short of cash due to transactions that didn't process properly. I'm concerned that this system is kicking out a lot of errors; do I have a defense against these allegations? If so, what?

That's a really good point. I say that because i agree with you :-) . There's a lot of polarisation here which i think happens when people are confrontational. These are strongly-felt issues and most people at least present themselves as falling into one of those two categories. It's probably partly due to the nature of the internet as well.

Can constant raising and lowering temp of reliance gas water heater damage the unit and/or increase utilitys?

We have a 12 yearld water heater in our house.The landlord lives with us and pays the utility bills. He is constantly turning down the temperature to 4 when hot water is not being used.Then he turns it back up when it is needed for showers, cleaning, etc... This happens about 3-4 times daily and he thinks it saves energy. I don't think reheating a 90 gallon heater 2-3 times daily conserves much energy. Plus, I don't think he has ever flushed it out.It sounds like a rock tumbler when it heats. What sucks most is having to wait to take a shower because the water is too cold. Thing is, he is ignorant and thinks he knows best.I disagree. Who is right here?

1988 Bronco II Problems?

I have a 1988 5-speed Bronco II and lately it has been running really rough. When I try to accelerate, it starts to bog out until I press harder on the pedal. A few seconds later it will kick in and make the whole truck jump. When I shift it into neutral the RPMs jump around and I have to press the gas to keep it from stalling out. On the freeway I cant keep a steady speed. Ill loose speed even if I'm pressing the pedal to the floor. It will correct its self in a few seconds and then do it all over again. I'm pretty sure its a fuel problem but I'm not sure. I always make sure to put good gas in it and not let it sit and build up moisture. I even ran Sea Foam in it. PLEASE HELP!

Make sure that the answer in the book isn't actually the same as your answer, but in a different form due to some trig identity. Just plug some fixed value in both your answer and theirs to see if you get the same thing or not. For some reason I am inclined to say the 1st which is "disappear". I know that the Patriots have been successful but in all honesty I hardly ever hear of disgruntled Patriots fans. In fact I dare say that they are the most respectful fans in the NFL. Its either because they are so successful and have nothing to whine about, or they respect their opponents. But if and that is a big IF the Pats lose on Sunday, I don't think we will hear anything from them. Did you hear anything from Pats fans when they lost last season to the Ravens in the playoffs?
