Where can I watch full episodes of America's Next Top Model online? ?

I'm asking this question because I told my sister I'd tape the episode (she was somewhere else). Obviously I forgot, and now I need to know where the full episodes can be viewed. I don't care if it costs a buck or two, but it would be preferable if its free. The episode I need to get access to is the newest one. Also, does CW put the shows online after they've aired?
