Why do some radical leftists think capitalism is oppressive?

Because of money. Money is the key to success, and success is the key to money. If you don't have money, you can't get educated, can't get a decent job, and therefore can't earn money. Capitalism revolves around money, so if you don't have money, you can't participate in it, meaning that Capitalism discriminates against poor people.
