Looking for a good horror novel?

im looking for a good horror. something real scary the type that would give you nightmares. must have real gory details and in depth story. ive read every steven king and dean koontz book there is. i have also read the anita black series of books and the southern vampire chronicles. so anything for adults nothing for kids. im to old to get much from them.
