Did we all know that the Obama clan would quickly exit the idea of cleaning up the high seas?

They are already exiting from a strong stance in order to show weakness and cowardess by America. How can we stand such a flip flop? This is John Kerry's swift boat going the wrong way again. How do we establish any base with this wishy washy politics and foreign relations?
