Is Yahoo Answers owned by the military dictatorship of Maynmar?

I just got 2 violation notices today for questions that clearly didn't violate any of the community guidelines. What is going on with this thing? And then when you e-mail them about it they never explain to you exactly why it was removed. It's always the same "we will investigate...blah blah blah"...I am up to here!
