How can words in a book, created by human hands, be a satisfactory substitute for God Itself?

We know that "man" wrote the Bible but, that it was Divinely inspired. There for it's context are determined to be the direct word of God with purpose and teaching. The imperfection come most frequently when "man" chooses to arrive at their own interpretation of what the words mean. You do bring up an important point, that the scripture alone, although sufficient in context, may not be the efficient in completely demonstrating the love of the Lord.
