Could the universe be a huge mandelbrot?

like if you were accually able to look at an atom with a microscope it might look like planets orbitin a sun(nucleus). Then you look at galaxies and its like planets orbiting a nucleus again exept this time is starts orbiting a black hole. Now of you were big enough to look at the universe all at once would it kinda resemble the other things? atom, solarsystem, galaxy? would a organism or a god living on a higher dimension see the universe as something else? For example if he was big enough he wouldnt see each individual galaxy but he would see what all the galaxies create in a large scale. Is it too far fetched that the Galaxies in a universe accually create a type of matter or something in a higher dimension like atoms do in our dimension?
