Does anyone know the song from the new mom and daughter commercial?

There is a girl walking down the street holding hands with her mom, then she grows up and is with friends, then with a boyfriend, then with her daughter, then with her granddaughter? It is a great song for Mother's Day! I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help? I don't even know what the commercial is for!
