Can i connect my phone to my ps3 and go online?

I got this app on my phone called pda net i can connect it to my pc and BAM i have internet.I'm getting a ps3 soon. And i whant to know if i can connect my phone to.the ps3 turn on the pda net and use web Browser on the ps3
