Is the NBA fixed?

You have to admit things are starting to look suspicious. First the two marquee nba franchises go from bad seasons to the finals helped by three lopsided trades especially the Gasol one. Now the the nba's third marquee franchise the Bulls gets the 1st pick beating long odds? Then you have the allegations of the 2002 playoffs. Is it not obvious that the the nba is fixed? I mean how do the Celtics go from 24 wins to the championship in one season? The nba is fixed and that is sad.
