About a year ago I made dietary changes to start living healthy. Cut out all processed foods, sugars, dairy etc due to digestive problems. However to this day, I am still bloated and gy as ever... Any ideas? I am completely gluten free and dairy free and just eat veggies, fruits, meats... I get very constipated, gy and bloated. Doctors are at a complete idiotic loss. Also now having constant urination pains. Im waking up in the middle of the night which I never have before. Doc tested me for UTI but came back ok. Any help?
